Membership

Membership is available to all archers, regardless of experience or skill level. That being said, as a member during the pandemic, you will be using the range on your own without a coach present which can be both exciting and challenging. We want you to experience success. So we have a few pathways that you can follow to become a member:

1. If you have taken a General Archery class with us within the past eight months, you may be ready to become a member! You will need to send us a video of your shot cycle along with a video describing range safety rules. Coach Kyle will review your videos to determine your readiness. If you're ready, we'll get you started. If you need more training, you will need to schedule a few private lessons to get you on track before membership.
2. If you have taken a private lesson or a custom group lesson with us within the past eight months, you will need to take at least three additional private lessons (ideally spaced no more than two weeks apart although weekly is preferred). At your third private lesson, your coach will determine if you are ready for membership or need more training.
3. If you have been a JOAD/AAAP archer with us within the past two years, you may be ready to become a member! Contact us and we'll get you started.

Yes, there are requirements before you can become a member:

• You must own your equipment. We are not providing rentals during the pandemic.
• You must join USA Archery. This is for insurance reasons.
• You must have previous training with Sattva, either through private lessons, General Archery classes, or JOAD/AAAP.
• You must demonstrate correct NTS form and a knowledge of basic range safety.

Because of the ongoing pandemic, we installed Keyless Access to the indoor range. Membership gives archers the opportunity to schedule private time at the range (no one else is there!) for archery. At this moment in time, we especially need sparks of joy, new adventures, and regular physical movement. Membership allows you to not only access classes during the both the indoor and outdoor season (PLUS level), but also use the Indoor Range on your own time year-round, seven days a week (all levels). You stay connected with your archery life and we stay connected with you!

Keyless Access is available to the Indoor Range, year round, seven days a week, 6am-11pm.

The Outdoor Range at Look Park is open during the warmer seasons and is available when supervised by Sattva Staff. Hours are announced throughout the season.

No, archers do not need to be a member to take classes or book private lessons.

Yes. Due to the pandemic, all members must own their own equipment. We are a full retailer and can set you up with the equipment you need no matter where you are in your archery journey. shop.sattvaarchery.com

During the pandemic, all personal items must be brought home after using the range. In the post-pandemic era, we will offer equipment storage again.

Our indoor range offers nearly 40 meters of shooting distance. It is 12 lanes wide. Our outdoor range offers up to 90 meters of shooting distance and can accommodate about 30 archers.

• 12, 18 meter lanes with moveable targets and free target faces
• Nearly 1,000 square feet of retail hosting Olympic style recurve, modern barebow, target compound and traditional bows, arrows & accessories from Hoyt, Gillo, AAE, Shibuya, Easton, Carbon Express, Farmington Archery, Samick, Galaxy, Avalon, Win&Win, Uukha, Spigarelli, Axcel, TruBall, American Whitetail targets and more. (Online only during the pandemic)
• Strength & Conditioning Area with padded floor maintained by Be Awesome Be Strong (Not available for use during the pandemic)
• A private and clean ADA accessible bathroom, on site
