Not only has Coach Lee been the US National Head Coach since 2006, he was the former Australian Head Coach from 1997-2005 and the Head Coach for South Korea from 1981-1997. Coach Lee is an enthusiastic, talented and passionate Coach, eager to help athletes and coaches improve their performance.

Choose your programs

Option 1: 2-Day, 16 hour (est.), KSL Shot Cycle Clinic with Coach Lee
Part lecture and slides; part shooting with feedback. Saturday Oct. 5, 8:30-6:30; Sunday, Oct. 6, 8:00-2:00.
Option 2: 1 hour Private Lessons with Coach Lee offered at specific times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 4-6
Option 3: Combine both the KSL Shot Cycle Clinic and a Private Lesson to maximize your learning

The KSL Shot Cycle uses sports science and biomechanics to address the physical and mental processes of the shot cycle in a way that employs angular movements and routine habits of mind to reduce physical and mental injuries in archer athletes.

Food

Saturday and Sunday will be very full days of learning. Sattva wants to make your learning experience as comfortable as possible and, since we know a well hydrated and well fed brain leads to better mental and physical performance, we will bring your lunch to you if you wish. Simply choose the meals that you want brought to you and we will take care of the rest. $20/meal.

Location

The Third Annual KSL Clinic and Private Lessons are held at the NEW Sattva Center for Archery Training location at 221 Pine Street, Suite 155, Florence, MA, 01062. You will love our new space! Well lit, warm, clean bathroom, stunning pro shop, 30 meter indoor range, strength and conditioning area, timing system and more. The clinic will not be held at Smith College as was done in previous years. Amherst Archery Academy, LLC rebranded in 2019; we now conduct business as Sattva Center for Archery Training.

Equipment

Archers should bring their own equipment.
Sattva Center has a Pro Shop where items can be purchased if needed.
Light weight training bows and stretch bands are provided at Sattva if needed.
